One rate is for travelers who book directly with the properties / tours, while the other, more budget-friendly rate, is reserved for operators like us.
Now, here's the exciting part – we make our living from the difference between these rates, not from your pocket. So, booking through us won't cost you a single penny more than if you were to book directly. That means you get the full benefit of our knowledge, top-notch service, and added security without any extra cost. It's a win-win situation!
How Much Does a Trip With Ventura Typically Cost?
The cost of a travel can vary significantly, influenced by several factors. The primary question becomes, "What's the optimal travel experience we can create within your budget?" That's why determining your goals and budget early in the planning process is crucial.
Our travelers embark on journeys with a wide range of budgets, but one thing remains constant: we prioritize quality and value. Regardless of your financial plan, our mission is to ensure every dollar is spent wisely, maximizing the quality and richness of your travel experience.
How Do I Pay?
Once we've crafted an itinerary that aligns with your preferences, Ventura Travel proceeds to secure these services. Typically, this involves a nonrefundable deposit, which usually amounts to 25% of the total trip cost. In some cases, the deposit might be higher, depending on the specific lodges or accommodations involved.
For the majority of our trips, the final payment becomes due 90 days prior to your departure date. We offer various payment methods, including credit card, check, or wire transfer, to accommodate your convenience.
It's worth emphasizing that Ventura Travel is a proud member of the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation. As part of our commitment to your peace of mind, we place your funds into a Trust account, from which we disburse payments to all service providers. This measure ensures protection against potential insolvency issues, safeguarding your travel investment.
